Everything you need to know
Real answers to the questions our guests ask most often. If we missed yours, message us on WhatsApp — we respond the same day.
Is the catamaran really 100% private?
Yes. Every charter on this site is a fully private booking. The boat, the crew, and the day are entirely yours — we never combine groups. You decide the itinerary, the music, the pace.
What’s included in the published price?
All catamarans include the captain, mate and snorkeling guide, open bar (rum, vodka, beer, tequila and mixers), a hot buffet served at a beach club in Isla Mujeres, snorkeling gear, and a sound system. Marina/dock fees are listed separately when applicable.
How do I book?
Send us a WhatsApp message with your group size and preferred date. We respond the same day with availability, exact pricing and an itinerary tailored to your group. Once confirmed, we usually require a deposit to lock in the date.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Bank transfer (USD or MXN), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), USDT/USDC and cash. We confirm your preferred method via WhatsApp during booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
If master harbor closes the port due to bad weather we can refund or reschedule.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
Yes — most clients don’t need to because we provide a open bar and full lunch, but you’re welcome to bring a special bottle, a birthday cake, or a custom decoration. Just let us know during booking. We also have a snack package available at extra cost, and balloon decorations for special occasions.
Can we play our own music?
Absolutely. Every catamaran has a Bluetooth sound system. Bring your playlist, connect, and the day is yours. Live DJs available on request for an additional fee on larger boats.
Are kids allowed?
Yes. Kids under 5 are usually free. Life jackets in kid sizes are provided. Tell us how many kids during booking so we can prep the right gear.
Are pets allowed?
Yes for small, well-behaved pets. We just need to know in advance to coordinate with our crew and beach club partner. Service animals always welcome.
Where do we depart from?
Most charters leave from Avenida Puerto Juárez (Cancun’s left side of the bay). A few packages depart from the Hotel Zone marina — we confirm the exact dock via WhatsApp when you quote. Hotel pickup can be arranged for some packages.
How early should I arrive at the marina?
Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled departure. We use that time for the safety briefing, welcome drinks and getting everyone comfortable. The boat leaves on time.
What should I wear and bring?
Swimwear, light cover-up, towels (we also provide), reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. Cash is optional for tips. Everything else is on board.
What if the weather is bad?
Safety first. If the captain decides conditions are unsafe, we reschedule at no cost or refund in full. Light rain isn’t usually an issue — Cancun storms tend to pass quickly. We monitor forecasts the day before and update you.
Where do we go on the charter?
The standard route is Cancun Hotel Zone marina → Isla Mujeres reef snorkeling → private beach club lunch → return. The exact route is flexible based on weather, group preferences, and event type.
Can we do a sunset charter?
Yes. Our 7-hour charters typically include the late-afternoon return to time it with golden hour. Ask about pure sunset cruises (3-4 hours) on WhatsApp.
Can the charter be extended on the day?
Sometimes — depending on the catamaran’s schedule. Talk to your captain on board, and they will let you know if it’s possible and the additional cost.
